“My department loves the program, we love that we now have tangible numbers to show what we are doing. The board members love the numbers that the program can provide. Our family members really enjoy the report available that shows what their loved one is involved in. The numbers are a way to validate all the hard work, programs, 1:1 visits the department provides on a regular basis. The department reviews the resident at risk every day and to ensure everyone is receiving leisure opportunities, both group and 1:1.”
